
| Ever wanted to own an apartment in Spain, now's your chance. We have owned a 'time share' apartment on the Costa Del Sol for the last 11 years and now no longer have any need for it so it is up for sale. Now the children are grown up we have been off to the Caribbean and South Africa and plan to travel to Egypt and beyond in the next few years, so here is your opportunity for the genuine sale of our own privately owned time share. This is not a fiddle, we own 2 weeks and once they are sold that's it you will have lost your chance. Built by Barratt Homes at Calahonda, an area about halfway between Malaga and Marbella we are right on the beach, 1 row back from the sea with views across the flat roofs infront of us. One twin bedroom and a pull down double bed in the lounge this is what they call 2 bed/sleep 4. It is fitted out just like a flat here, sat TV, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full oven and hob and telephone to call home. Built and fitted to a very high standard the apartment is in a block of 8, 2 up and 2 down and we are on the end. A large balcony sits off the lounge via a set of patio doors all of which are overlooking the sea. The balcony is big enough for 2 sun beds, a patio table and 4 chairs and enjoys the sun from about 9 a.m. until about 6 p.m. in our 2 weeks. To the right of the apartment is the main out door swimming pool so you can let the older kids go to the pool while you lay on a sun bed on the balcony with a drink and at the same time you can keep an eye on them. The complex which offers everything from 2 out door swimming pools and one indoor to a gym, tennis courts, snooker room, and special offers at local golf courses is now owned by MacDonald Hotels, a British company. With resorts and hotels all over the Country you have access to some beautiful holiday locations using the 'Options' program they have for internal exchanges. Best of all the thing is run from the MacDonald's base in Scotland, we have just had a beautiful break at 3 of their hotels up there instead of using our apartment this year. | We own weeks 15 and 16 in Victoria 202, that wont mean much to you so to
explain. The apartment is in block Victoria and ours is 202. The calendar
date changes each year so for example: 2009 week 15 will start 11/4 and week 16 18/4 2010 week 15 will start 10/4 and week 16 17/4 2011 week 15 will start 9/4 and week 16 16/4 2012 week 15 will start 14/4 and week 16 21/4 There is an official list so you always know your dates. AND THE PRICE We wish to sell both weeks together but will split if we really have to and we want £4500 for each week. The property is sold with Deeds and thus the services of a solicitor are needed, we would use the firm in Scotland that deal with these sales all the time, you pay your fees if you wish to use a solicitor. Other than that there is a yearly maintenance fee to pay which is currently about £375 per week and that's it. Flights from Bournemouth to Malaga are at present cheap and your spending money of course. Its been a cheap holiday for us over the years although in truth there are cheaper packages, but you wont get the standard of accommodation, service and facilities you get here in a package.
